This is what I have in my files and not sure if it is up to date, but try it, or go to the BMW site and try them that way too. His name was Walter Zeichner at Prakt3.St@bmw.de
BMW site is http://www.bmw-online.com/ and you have to use the search option for "certificate" . It still lists it for $90, so I don't know where the $23 comes from.
