Hi there. I've noticed lots of good 3.0s coming from europe. Is there some sort of conversion, like bumpers or welding steel bars in the doors or replacing window glass that has to happen before these cars are registered? is there a resource in southern california (la area) or on the web that explains this? thanks in advance!
