Suggest you let your fingers do the walking. Depending on where you are, Paul at Maximilian can get 'em; as can Carl at CNPR. They don't ship cheaply.

Nasty things have been said about aftermarket glass, but I suspect body flex and installation practices are at least as much suspect as minor dimensional tolerances.
