When I installed a set of headers on my E3, Devinder suggested using the E28 exhaust gaskets: they are 3-in-1 gaskets (so you get 2) and they have built-in plug wire shields, which actually should work better than the metal ones on the old manifolds did anyway. 'works just fine.
