What are associated problem(s)? Is the extra inch offset toward center? Do they bump into rear arms?

I run 16" Alpina wheels on my CSL without any problems (as long as you mount 225mm-wide tires). The 16" wheels will take 245mm-wide tires (I run them on an E12 M535), but I am not sure about the clearance on the E9.
