Do you think the 265 will handle the power of an s38 M5 engine?



While Getrag spent 1985 beefing up the 260s for the 3.5 engine, BMW put in G265s for this one year only with a Motronic bellhousing.

Be aware that the 265s were also available on the 528e in both 1982 and 1985 and that these Motronic bellhousings will NOT fit a big six.

I can't imagine that the automatic would work, since their "bellhousing" houses the torque convertor.
