if springs and pins fell out, your problem is not "only" the "switch" part, but the LOCK is messed up.

Once the big pin with the plate on it is removed from underneath, the lock cylinder may be removed in the unlocked position (if you have a steering lock) and you can attempt repair.

You may well need to replace the "pigtail switch" after you repair/replace the ignition lock Assembly.
