5-7k?? too expensive. my s38 wasn't even half as much :) and besides, I like the valve cover on the s38. Looks better than the cheap plastic shroud over valve train.. Although i don't know whats underneath it!

If anybody cares, I have a few 3.8L Euro M5 engines. I sell them for +/- $7000. That would be a scarry engine in a CS. I have often thought of putting one in my CS. It's a bit overkill, but hell.... you only live once.
