For some reason, I was the first classic car Haggerty insured in MA. This was in September, 2000. It was a bit painful because they did not have all of the correct insurance forms that are required by the RMV because they were not that familiar with the MA RMV rules. For two weeks, I had my dream car sitting in my garage because I couldn't register it (the weather was perfect of course). After two weeks of mailing incorrect forms back and forth, they finally got it right and I got the car registered.

Two weeks after I got the car registered, they sent me a check to cover my first year premium. They felt bad that I had to wait because of their first time mistakes.

I am now a customer for life. Service sells.

Ok, OK, I drove it once or twice during those two weeks (very stupid in hindsight). I had the old CA plate.
