Is there some tranny noise there also? I have a 265 conversion - it whines under acceleration and deceleration.

Have you checked the oil level in the diff.

PS - I am in Sydney Aust - where are you located - your email has .au on it.

Rob

Just wondering----I presume it is normal to get a small amount of noise under acceleration [whining sort of noise] from the diff??

No I don't have any noise from the transmission [ I would hope not I only rebuilt it 9 months ago] But I will check the diff oil. I am on the lower North Shore in Cremorne and Robert from Bee- Ems at Hornsby has done alot of work on the car. He is terrific if you need anything done-- you are probably using him already. What color is yours so I can keep a look at out for it? Mine is Fjord Blue.
