Yes, Webers will bolt on, but you need new bolts. And a new linkage. All of which is included in the kit. Zeniths use a water choke and you can get the Webers in either water or electric choke configuration. I'm partial to electric chokes.
Webers also have the option of electric fuel shutoff solenoids (not sure if that's part of the kit), so if you're going to go that route, you might as well use the electric chokes and hook them up on the same circuit

The kit will also include an adaptor for the top of the Webers that allows you to use the stock air filter assembly, but you're not limited to that if you don't want to use it.

It's a very straightforward swap, but plan to spend more money on new idle jets and emulsion tubes. The ones included in the kit might work, just budget for different ones just in case.
