I've been around a 3.0cs since it arrived here in 1973. The owner is trying to sell it because the transmission needs to be taken apart.
The carburetors for instance. No parts are available. I took the Zeniths on this one apart at the urging of Lelis Transmissions. The car would not idle and it tore it's clutches apart. A kit would have been helpful.
Also, gas mileage is 12 mpg around town.
Something positive to note is that the engine is "new" according to the local emissions inspector and it does by far exceed regulations.
Expect to do some searching for parts. I located a windshield for $150.00 and Meineke had to custom fabricate an exhaust system for $300.00 because the parts were too hard for them to find.
