If you're thinking of getting a spin-on adapter, don't get rid of your bottom bolt assembly. You'll need the top of it to attach the adapter.

Since the PO of my car already converted to a top bolt, now I need a bottom bolt type so I can mount my spin-on.

Or if you want to go the route of removing the whole assy every time you change your oil, I'd be happy to swap with you.
