Fitting of the 8x16" Alpinas (archive)

I came across a set of 8x16" Alpinas from a �84 e28 that are in exellent condition. I already have a set with 7" in the front but they are in a lot worse condition. My question is if its possible to use the 8" in front. The offset is ET26. Rear will be no problem I guess.
Anyone who knows for sure? Modifications? Please help me out here, the price is to good to walk away from.
