They're aftermarket Stahl headers that were supposed to fit right but rub a bit on the subframe. They're actually a lot farther from the guibo than it looks so they won't harm it, but I do have the rubbing problem in my car. I assume the 530i they cam out of had the same problem, but I'm not sure.
