I would go with the Glasurit, not because it's the original paint, but because of the quality. I put it on my 73 euro 10 years ago and it still looks great! Cost is about $100-$300 more as I recall, but worth it.


for a repaint on my black, original paint '73 CS? One shop recommends PPG "triple black", others have suggested Glasurit (sp?). This is a daily driver that will be well maintained and garaged.

Any other hints about proper prep? I am not planning on stripping.
