the picture angle looks like it might fit. But, its my car and looking straight down from above there is only about 1 3/4" of space between the plenum and the booster flange. Your stuck with the hydro boost system. The good news is that the "power flow regulator" bolts right on to the original cs flange. And, the original mastercylinder bolts directly on to the "PFR". The only thing that makes it now a direct bolt up is that the original metal brake hoses on the cs master will be about 2-3" too long. I'm just going to bend them into place, but with some work they could be cut and then re-flared with a flaring tool.

Go to the junkyard and pull the pfr, hydro accumulator "brake bomb", off of an early e28 or e23 without abs. I found a more compact p/s pump off of a later e23 with brand new bmw hoses on it :)

OH yeah, do the brake work with the engine bay empty. It will make it way easier to route the hoses, and weld on brackets for the resevior and brake bomb.

Are you in the bay area? I'm in san jose if you'd like to stop by and look/help LOL..

Does the tii booster bolt up to the CS mount? Does the CS master cylinder bolt to the Tii booster? I am doing a s38 conversion in a CS, I know the s38 plenum is bigger than the motronic but the tii booster might buy me some room. I refuse to go with the hyd. assist. I donot want the complexity of that system. Thank you.

Alex

I have a tii booster in my car and it works great. Evidently there was word going around that braking ability would suffer.
