I looked for an E9for many years
(ended up with a bunch of 2002's
instead). The picture of the
front shock towers appear to show
some serious inner fender rust. The
surface of the sheet metal is very wavy,
and you can see a rust thru line on the
right tower. It's my guess this car needs
new front inner shock towers (and probably a whole
lot more).
