On my 72 3.0CS(euro auto) I have a loose wire(green with yellow stripe)coming from a relay that sits on top of the brake booster bomb.Anybody know where this should go?

Also I have a group of 3 wires,2 go to the anti dieseling solenoids on the Webers the other is hot with ignition on and looks like it was soldered to something permanently but has broken loose.

I thank anyone who can help,I had to remove rear carb for starter problem and both carbs are backfiring and I can't figure it out.

The 2 Webers were on the car when I bought it 3 years ago,I thoughtthey must be solenoids because they were electric and the electric choke wires are already hooked up.
