: : I'm buying a 98 M3 2D tommorrow from the dealer. New with 127 miles. Dealer wants $38,000. Is that a good price?

: What options? what's the invoice price? (check edmund's or kbb)

: i would say you shouldn't pay any more than the invoice price (maybe even a bit less) you get from either of those web are buying a car that is one model year old (depreciation is at least a couple thousand dollars)

: 38K may be in the ballpark depending on the options, but i still think it is at least 1k over invoice

: Bruce

It has every option, but heated seats and rear spoiler. Checked the dollar figures with Kelly Blue Book. MSRP is $45,565. Invoice is $39,800.

It's Dakar Yellow.

What do you think?
