if that is really what the invoice is...i am just surprised it has some options (like the wing and forged alloys) and not others (heated seats)

color is very subjective...i personally like the yellow on the M3 (the cops might too :), but HATE it on the roadster (dakar yellow vs dakar yellow II)

from what you have said it sounds like a good deal...i see ads for used 97s and 98s for more than 40, so i say go for it! me? i will wait for the E46 M3! :)
