: The last decision I have to make before the plunge is what to do with my Z. I have an 18 year old daughter who is partial too it :-) This BMW sports car bug I got is crazy...

this question has popped on the Z3 board in this thread

my take on this is: any body without 5 years driving experience should not have a car with that much HP or would draw as much attention as a Z3....i started driving in 86 in a 78 Honda hatchback (drove it for 3 years), then got an 86 VW GTi (have it for 7 years), then got a 97 Z3 1.9 (had it for 20 months) then got my M roadster...yeah i wish my parents would have gotten a better car when i started, but it made me a better driver and made my appreciate the cars that i have purchased on my own

just my opinion...YMMV...if you do give her the car, do you have room for another offspring you want to adopt? i can be reached at... :)
