So would a good start be the Euro Mass Air Sensor and the JC Chip since the chip is needed for the HFM? TMS claims 28 HP gain... based on your comments, this is either optimistic or is all from the HFM and chip?

Is best air flow from the type K&N or is a standard replacement K&N OK. I think I read somewhere of some tests where they were equal?

Thanks
Ted

: : Has anyone installed the TMS E36 M3 Euro Intake (consists of Euro Mass Air Sensor, Euro AIr Box, Adapter and chip) on their 95 M3?

: according to most people and JimC himself, DO NOT install the euro airbox, it offers no significant difference from the US box...instead install a heat shielded K&N
