You will need the reducer in order to connect the HFM to the intake elbow just before the throttle body. I have this kit with the Euro Air box and snorkel. Most say to skip the airbox and just use a K&N cone filter and shield. This is easier said than done since it is very difficult to find the needed tubing (from truck exhausts) and you have to do some fitting to install a heat shield. I have the snorkel and that improves intake. However, the filter in the air box is the same size as the stock. I would suggest a K&N here. The kit from Turner is fairly easiy to install. There are some gotcha's though. The snorkel is separate so if you want one ask!. It is a pain to install the rest is fairly easy. You have to lower a carbon filter below the HFM a notch and the fit there is awkward. The instructions make this seem like this is a natural fit but it is not. I noticed a real gain with this installation.
