I heard the JimC chip will NOT work with the Dinan intake...Is this True??

: : 1. 98 silver, 18k miles, Dinan intake, exhaust,& chip. Koni shocks & springs. (All items mentioned were dealer installed) Mechanical inspection found no problems. Price $37,900

: : 2. 97 Green, 18k miles, stock. (I would put in JimC chip, but have not decided on intake & exhaust) Mechanical inspection found no problems. Price $34,900.

: : My major concern is whether I should settle for the Dinan or get a stock M3 and put on JimC chip. Is the JimC that much better?

: The Dinan reprogaming is hardly noticeable 5-6 horsepower, if that...you can always get the Conforti programing to override it.
