"Underdeveloped countries" like Germany, and the rest of the world for that matter. I think the US of A is the only country where pretty much all standard-transmission cars sold these days require you to push in the clutch to start the engine. Thank the lawyers in this "over-litigation-developed country"...

I agree it's unfortunate that this is happening.
