I recently bought a '97 and paid $34,000. Both prices seem fair, and all that Dinan stuff would easily cost the difference. A couple items to consider: One, how much warranty is left on either car. Another is what tires each has and how much tread. I just spent $1k for S02 PP's. As to color, the silver is cool and more common, while green is more "personal". If I could start over I'd find an estoril blue one...
