: Did you attempt to replace the valve stem? I'm sure that seem to be the only reasonable explanation. If it's only one tyre it means the alignment is probably within specs. If its not, that could be your problem. Assuming the alignment is OK, I would guess that the problem is with the valve and it is leaking. The best way to test that (if you care to)is to check the pressure every morning to see if it progressively decreases. If it does, then that's probably it, and whoever changed your tire last time should pay for your new one, or at least cover part of the cost, because the should have changed the valve stem. It is their duty to ensure that the installation is alright.
: If you are convinced it is the wheel (I am not), then when put on a new tyre, make them show you the wheel itself. Look at the lip of the wheel to see if it uneven, cracked, etc. A defective wheel is BMW's fault (unless it was because of potholes) and they should foot the bill for a new wheel and tyre.
: IMHO, it is the valve stem. Whenever a person bleeds air from a tyre they yank out the valve stem to release the air. yanking on a used valve stem and then reusing it is only asking for trouble. BTW, they only cost $2 to replace.

Well i know it is not the stem ,and i do check my preasure on a regular basis, so heres my next ?s to you all four rims are bent and not by a huge pothole more like a bump in the road, when i took the car in last fri he showed me the inside of all my rims and lo and behold the were bends which in return let air preasure out,now im carefull were and how i drive the car but on a highway sometimes avoiding a few minor bumps is not possible. so now what do i do?
