I recently ran across an ad for a 84 M3 in my local paper. I am going to look at it this weekend. He wants $2200obo for it. Does anyone have one of these who can fill me in on some of the drawbacks and things I need to look for in this model? I feel that this is really cheap if it is whatit claims to be. probably ragged out.
I have 2 2002s and would love to have an M3, but can't afford one right now. I am thinking that this will probably be ragged out too much to be a driver, but maybe I can do something creative with it and a 2002 if I cannot "restore" it.
Any helpful hints/advice from you guys? I am a frequent visitor to the 2002 message board and always recieved great input. I am eager to hear back. TIA
