I'm running Eibach's ("1.0/".80) on my 99 with stock shocks. I heard that for stiffer, shorter springs, upgrading the shocks is necassary. However, using springs with a fairly conservative spring rate and daily driven I decided to hold off on the $500 until I start auto-x and driver school. So far, I logged about 5000 miles with the Eibach's without a problem.
