How many miles does your car have. Most automatics do this after a while (any manufacturer). My Subaru w/50k miles does this and has been doing it since 35k. I think it is the torque converters (that's what I recall).

It is okay, just annoying. The way to check if it is the torque converter, put it in N. It should eliminate any shake.
