1)Anybody know the output of a stock '97 M3 alternator? I'm thinking of having mine rewired and going with an underdrive pulley.
2)Anybody really know how the above would affect other accesories besides electrical?
3)Anybody have any experience with the Race Marque "Alterpower" system? I'm wondering exactly how this works--the only way I can see it would free up horsepower is by physically disengaging the alternator at full throttle (it is my understanding this is not a reduction pulley system the example above).
4)Could these systems be combined?
