Buy the new one. I have a 97 M3/4 and
when I was shopping I did the same thing. Should I buy new or used. I ended up getting it all, Luxary package, CD, etc.If the pervious ower drives the car like me you would not want it. I drive my M3 like it was built, hard and fast. Don't settle on used, be the first to take it over 140mph.
