: I have a 95 M3 coupe and want to replace them. What have people out there chosen as replacments? OEM or something newer?

I have Nitto NT450 Extreme Performance tires on my '95 M3 and '86 325es right now. They seem to be great tires!! Great traction on dry pavement and seem to displace the water well in the wet. They have a treadwear rating of 300ug(should get 25k+ out of them). Traction A, Temperature A. I really do reccommend Nitto tires, they have great overall compromises .......good traction, low noise, great treadwear, smooth feedback, and best of all>>> LOW PRICE!!!

No, I'm not a representative for Nitto, I just think they have great new performance tires going!!! Michelins are just too much $$$$$.
