I actually bought it installed since they offered it for a great price. However, it wasn't sensitive enough, so I pulled it apart myself and found that they had not installed it correctly and had to redo it. In essence, I did the install myself (except for running the wire for the LED). The process is not complicated at all... It shouldn't take you longer than maybe 2 hours.

PS - You WILL want to set the dip switch to the most sensitive locarion.
