You're basically stuck with it until the lease pay-off matches the market value of the car (which is probably going to be at least 2 years). The only other real alternatives is to pay the difference between its value and lease pay-off (probably huge on a '99 M3) if you sell it. Either way, you'll be handing out about the same amount of money in the end. I'd just keep the M3 and get rid of those other expenses.
