: Will the E36 be available in 2000? If so, does anyone know when the 00 will be available for order?

production was suppose to end in April, but I heard a rumor recently that may have been backed up to May. You will most likely be unable to specify what you want, you must take when the dealers have coming in or on the lot.

: What kind of discount can I expect to negotiate on a 99 or 00?

hard to say, the dealers know they won't get another M3 for at least 18 months so they might be less willing to deal on them...good luck though
