Striped Headrest Help (archive)

I was bringing in my car for Inspection I and decided to ask about the Motorsport (striped) headrests that have been discussed on the board. No one at the dealership (here in the NY) seem to know what I am talking about. I hear they look great and I want them also, so can someone give me the name of their contact at BMW that assisted them with getting the new ones replaced free of charge? Even if the contact is in CA, I can have my dealership call them.
