: : : FYI:
: : : I'm 24 and live in SF, Bay Area. My insuranc is $2800 a year with clean record from Farmers.
: : : : First ask yourself can you afford the insurance on an M3. If you really are a kid like your nick suggests, then it could be possible that owning an M3 is not feasible for you. You would be surprised what insurance companies are quoting for M3's, especially if your under 30. Check with your insurance co. first. M3's are so tempting now because you can find a 95 with high miles for around 25k or less like you did, thus giving you the idea that it's an affordable car :) but then you realize the insurance is higher than a car payment! WHAM! Then you realize that changing tires on it every 10k to 15k miles will put you back 1k a pop! And god forbid you overrev your engine! 10k for a new motor! Hehehe don't get me wrong, I have a 95 M3 with 44k miles on it and it's the best thing I've ever had :) came with a 100k mile warranty so I can sleep better at night. My .02
Damn, Geico insurance for my 95 M3 and 86 325 is only $1920/yr. And I am 24.
