$31,800 is a good price for the car if and only if the car is in excellent condition
Many '95s are still selling for $28-$30K
The only issue I see would be the high mileage of the car considering its only 1 year old.
The attraction of the 4 door is the fact that BMW has no current plans to build a new 4dr M3 for the next generation, this will help you retain the value of the current model.

: Im considering purchasing an M3.. Getting rid of my last 2 GM junk cars.. I found a 1998 M3 4Dr Manual, Silver/Silver, loaded other than pwr seats & wood grain pkg.. 43,000 hwy miles, VERY Clean, Wheels are perfect, new Michilin tires..all for $31,800 .... Is this a good deal? Are these cars reliable enough that I won't need to worry about something going wrong in 7k mi when warranty is up ? Any experiences in Snow?? It has the traction control, just wondering how well it works being a RWD & 240hp.. I also like to improve performance on all of my cars.. even the Grand Cherokee.. lol .. How much of a difference can really be felt by throwing a Borla or TriFlow Exhaust and a K&N intake kit on an M3?

: Thanks For all your help !!
: Ron
