: I just installed a cone filter in my 99 MZ3. I need some advice as to whether I did it correctly. I installed it such that the centre of the cone is directly in front of the outlet from the duct in the front spoiler. My concern is, however, will water be a problem at highway speeds if its raining? Can water make its way up that tube into the cone causing engine damage? Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Your won't get any HP out a cone filter unless there is a heat shield and that is only minimal HP you best bet is to use the euro air box on the euro M w/ a soft ware upgrade you can get 30+ HP.See (www.tunermotorsport.com)
