That is pretty good considering this is about 270hp at the flywheel. This is the gains most people can get from a OBDI car.
I think : Yes... I think that the ECU registered the improved air flow and adapted to it... More HP was the end result. Since I have easy access to the dyno, I get it done quite often, just to monitor this "adaptation". The only difference I've ever seen from 1 week to the next with NO mods done to the car is 2-3 hp. Whenever I do a mod, there are more substantial gains. There are of course other factors... Temperature, barometric pressure etc..
: One Question, What HP numbers have others been getting with similar mods? I thought 234 hp at the wheels was pretty OK.
