I was speaking of the rear switches in the shifter console. Not on the door. Second, it may be true that it won't work, but I can't easily try. BMW really made the pugs way way different. I think that is how they try to discourage the action. The only way to test this theory is hack up a switch, or get the custom amp plug that is used in the rear harness...

Anyhow, I was hoping someone was brave (and rich enough) to try this.
