: I'm heading out to NYC in November for about 4 days w/ my girlfriend. I hear accomodations are really pricey, and my highest concern is where to stay. Should I go with a hotel chain or venture elsewhere. Any other suggestions on what to do, where to eat, etc would be cool, too.

: I also posted on the E46 board. Not trying to be a nuisance...just need as much advice as I can get!!

: Thanks!

Oh, and also the Village is cool, West gets a little weird in some parts late night. Clubs and shops on the West side of mid Central Park. The museums on the West side of Central Park. Park Avenue shops, Broadway shows (buy tickets in Time Square), NBC Studio tours, etc, etc, etc. TOO much to do. However, don't get too caught up just walking around, you'll miss alot. Don't be afraid of the S train (Subways). They're fine. The Statue of LIB gets a little crowded. If you wanna see it, take a taxi or train to Battery Park. Take a zoom camera if you want to take a pic from the park but don't go lookin' too much like a tourist. Don't get bit by the mosquitos! Just Kidding. It's a big paranoid thing here now.

Have Fun!
