I have the JTD brace. I also have the 320i mounts too. Here is what I do.

Street driving: Use 320i mounts (you will have to bore out a bolt hole a bit to get these to fit). These help a lot with tranny firmness.

Track: I use the JTD brace (it is only recommended for the track anywayz). It transmits a lot of noise into my car, like having the tranny blted directly to the body. But the firness of the tranny is WELL worth it! Ever done a 70 mph left handed sweeper corner ion fourth and upon exit go into fifth? With the stock brace or 320 mounts even, it is very scary...Feels like it is not there huh! With the JTD brace, this is not a problem...It keeps the tranny aligned properly...

So, that is what I do...trash the stock Steve D. at the Ultimate garage and he will hook you up. use the 320i mounts if you do street driving. Sway it with a JTD if and when you track it, Tim
