: You're clock alarm thingie pings just before the hour (like 15 seconds before X:00). You can turn it on/off with one of the buttons. Maybe that's it?

: : Started the car this morning and after 1 minute (approx) of driving to work, there was an electronic "ping" noise. (Came from front left of drivers seat). Not the same alarm noise that happens when you leave the lights on.
: : The "ping" only happened once, no messages or lights flashing, no visible signs of problems. Has happened may be 3 times since I have had the car.
: : Anyone, any ideas.
: : Is this possibly linked to the earlier message regarding the fan noises running on cold start up?
: : Thanks in advance.
