Listen, if you want your car to last, you might want to change your oil a little more often, lets say every 3,000 miles so that you have minimal deposit in your engine. Also, try using premium fuel, this keeps the fuel system cleaner and the engine running smoother. Also, use the specified oil, that will be much better for the car.
if you are going to abuse it, such as change the oil every 10k miles and only run cheap gas and oil in it, you might as well buy a 318 or something... the M3 is a resistant car, but you have to exercise reasonable care and precaution when dealing with it...
