I saw a two owner 97 M3 for sale at $28,000 with all options and 7,500 miles. Looks mint in/out. Athough the check coolant warning was displayed briefly. FWIW the title checks out okay. I wonder if the car has been clocked though. The rear tires seem about 1/2 worn and the front brake discs have lost some thichness as you can feel a ridge near the outside diameter compared to where the pads rub. Does that sound possible for that mileage? Maybe I should have BMW check their records vis VIN as the only records the guy has are for oil changes. Is it possible to have BMW do this on a private sale? Any other tips? Could there be other mileage indicators? Thanks.

Stan
