Pirelli 210 Assymetricos - the ones I got, better in dry and wet conditions, very good in snow and ice. No problems getting around in even 4-6 inces of snow with these tires. MUCH MUCH MUCH better in dry conditions - makes me not "miss my M3"

Blizzaks - been there/done that. Wonderful snow and ice tire, and AWFUL, SQUIRMY, and rubbery feeling in the dry conditions.
