: If I were you I would take a serious look at the Pirelli Winter 210 Asymetrico. It is the best overall performer in terms of snow traction vs. dry handling for your car in my opinion, in fact it's the tire I run on my M3 for the midwest (indiana and chicago) winters. There are a few all season tires that you could go to as well, but the M3 really needs a true dedicated snow tire to move well in the snow, even with traction control. Hope that helps,
